Drop in a document, get a draft record
Upload receipts, supplier bills, sales invoices, bank statements, business cards, contracts, government letters or payslips — as photos, PDFs, spreadsheets or text. JetFlow's AI reads each one, works out what it is and prepares the matching draft: an expense, a bill, a contact, a contract or statement lines.

Statements built straight from your ledger
Profit and loss, balance sheet, trial balance, cash flow, general ledger and AR / AP aging, each built from your ledger and filtered by date. At year-end JetFlow assembles the annual financial statements from the same figures, including the Hong Kong profits-tax computation.

Audit Process Automation
From engagement letter to signed statements
The SME audit pack is a set of AI agents you run in order: engagement letter, signature routing, bank-statement scan, bank confirmation letters, the financial statements, the representation letter and a consistency check. The figures come from your ledger, not from the model, and a person signs off every document.

Bank Reconciliation
Import the statement, match the books
Import a bank statement as a PDF, image or spreadsheet and JetFlow reads its lines. Reconcile them against your books in a session that checks to the statement's closing balance: clear invoice matches settle automatically, the rest are proposed for you to confirm, and unmatched lines can become journals.

On-premises Deployment
Run JetFlow on a server you control
JetFlow ships as a Docker Compose stack — PostgreSQL, the application and two background schedulers — that can run on your own server. Database migrations apply on start and files are stored on local disk by default. AI features call cloud model providers with keys you supply.

Agent Management
Build, approve, schedule and monitor AI agents
Create AI agents from ready templates — quotations, invoices, reconciliation, expense categorisation, funding applications and the audit pack — or from scratch. An owner approves each agent before it runs; it then runs on demand or on a schedule, and the agent dashboard shows every run with its output, tokens, cost and duration.

JetFlow AI — ask about your business in plain language
JETTY is JetFlow AI, the chat interface to your JetFlow data. Ask a question in English or Chinese and it answers from your own records — as tables, trend charts, KPI tiles and notes — with citations back to your documents. It also runs what-if scenarios and can prepare an invoice, a bill or a new account for you to confirm.
